Job description

  • Take ownership of specific components and deliverables within complex Data & AI projects, ensuring scientific rigor and customer relevance
  • Manage the execution and delivery of small-scale customer engagements, ensuring they meet defined timelines, scope and customer expectations
  • Present findings and recommendations to Life Sciences R&D teams with clarity and strong communication
  • Guide and coordinate other consultants to ensure timely, high-quality outputs
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their R&D and regulatory requirements, translating them into actionable solution strategies
  • Contribute to the development of project methodologies and approaches, leveraging analytical insights and R&D subject-matter expertise
  • Work with Clarivate Consulting leads to scope solutions, estimate effort, and support delivery planning
  • Collaborate with global Technology Consulting and Solution Architecture teams to enable large-scale R&D use cases
  • Develop white papers, blogs, reference implementations and presentations that showcase Data & AI capabilities internally and externally
  • Contribute ideas and solution designs for new accelerators, prototypes and proof-of-concepts
  • Stay up to date with the evolving AI field and regularly share insights with colleagues across Consulting and Product teams

About the Team

You will join a dynamic Technology Consulting team working closely with global colleagues across Technology Consulting, Data Science, Product and Solution Architecture. We pride ourselves on collaboration, innovation and delivering impactful solutions for our Life Sciences customers.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Research?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Life Sciences discipline

  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Life Sciences or Healthcare consulting
  • Strong understanding of the Drug Discovery and Development lifecycle, including clinical development programs, key regulatory requirements, safety considerations, and major development milestones
  • Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, including LLM architectures, frameworks, prompt engineering and few-shot learning
  • Experience with natural language processing for medical and scientific content analysis, interpretation and generation
  • Knowledge/experience with digital healthcare tools design and development
  • Familiarity with Life Sciences terminologies and ontologies

It would be great if you also had…

  • Experience supporting or managing specific workstreams within R&D, regulatory, safety, or clinical analytics projects
  • Exposure to designing or validating AI/ML-based accelerators, prototypes, or research tools
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams involving data engineering, product development, and technical architecture

Benefits & conditions

This is a full-time permanent position based in London, UK, and will require hybrid working in our Liverpool Street office (2-3 days per week in the office).

This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.

Hours of Work ( Barcelona ):

This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours per week. The working schedule is flexible, primarily centred on CET time zone with occasional need to accommodate meetings with US or East Asia time zones.

The position is hybrid with office visits required 2-3 times per week.
