As our future ServiceNow Architect:
You won't just design complex systems; you will be the strategic bridge between our clients' business needs and cutting-edge technological solutions. We are looking for a talent capable of transforming a business vision into a robust roadmap and architecture, while clearly communicating technical concepts to decision-makers (C-Level) and end users.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Consulting & Strategy: Support our clients in defining their ServiceNow roadmap and advise on best practices (Out-of-the-box first).
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet business challenges (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, etc.).
- Solution Ambassador: Lead co-design workshops, present high-impact demonstrations, and represent the voice of expertise to the client.
- Technical Governance: Ensure the integrity of the platform and supervise development teams to guarantee the quality of deliverables.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, manage expectations, and navigate complex environments diplomatically.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Web services?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and have at least 8 years of experience working with the ServiceNow ecosystem. You bring:
Technical Expertise:
- In-depth mastery of the ServiceNow platform (Certified System Admin and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications highly desired).
- Solid knowledge in integrations (API, Web Services, Spoke) and scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS).
- Ability to assess the impact of customizations on future updates.
- Mastery of a module other than ITSM.
