ERP Program Manager - SAP ECC to S/4HANA

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale IT initiatives with a strong focus on ERP and SAP transformation programs. This role is responsible for end-to-end program execution, stakeholder alignment, delivery governance, and budget oversight across multiple workstreams., * Lead and manage large-scale, complex IT programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives.

• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, resolving issues and removing roadblocks to maintain delivery momentum.
• Serve as the primary point of communication for stakeholders and end users, delivering clear, timely status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate closely with Program and Project Managers to ensure teams have the resources, tools, and support required to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Proactively identify risks, process gaps, and dependency issues; recommend and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple workstreams to ensure deliverables remain on track.
• Manage and maintain program artifacts, including dashboards, metrics, leadership presentations, data reports, and process documentation, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
• Capture and maintain program documentation such as meeting minutes, action items, status reports, call recordings, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with business and application leaders to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with SAP and application leadership to manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial alignment.
• Take a proactive, ownership-driven approach by anticipating program needs, initiating actions independently, and engaging stakeholders early to address risks or delays.

Do you have experience in Team management?, * 10-15 years of experience leading large-scale IT programs and projects using Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Proven experience delivering ERP programs, with strong preference for SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration or consolidation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with project and program management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor, cross-functional, and globally distributed teams., * Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to delegate effectively based on team strengths.
