We're a software consultancy turning complex ideas into smart, scalable technology solutions that drive real business impact. Our teams work across fintech, health-tech, and emerging AI-driven platforms, partnering closely with clients to take products from concept to production at speed., We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in designing, building, and scaling modern digital products. You'll work end-to-end across web, mobile, and backend systems, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders in a highly cross-functional environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving projects, enjoys owning technical decisions, and is comfortable taking products from MVP through to production-scale systems.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React, modern backend frameworks, and cloud infrastructure
- Build scalable, secure APIs and data pipelines to support high-performance applications
- Develop intuitive, user-focused front-end experiences using React (and/or React Native)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and domain experts to translate complex requirements into reliable solutions
- Contribute to system architecture, technical strategy, and best practices
- Optimize performance, reliability, and security across existing codebases
- Support deployments and production systems in regulated or high-availability environments when required
Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Strong experience in Full Stack Development, covering both front-end and back-end systems
- Proven expertise with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid backend experience (e.g. Node.js, Python, REST APIs)
- Experience delivering scalable, cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, collaborative teams
- Strong understanding of software architecture, debugging, and performance optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in regulated industries (fintech, healthcare) is a plus
- Exposure to mobile development, AI-enabled systems, or real-time data processing is a bonus
