Job description
Following a restructure we've created a role within our IT function for a SAP Basis Administrator to ensure the stability, performance and security of ABP's SAP landscapes and HANA databases. You'll be responsible for SAP Basis admin across on-premises and cloud environments, which includes installation, upgrades, performance optimisation and security compliance., * Architect, design, implement, and support highly available SAP solutions.

Manage and optimize HANA systems for performance and reliability.

Coordinate installations, upgrades, and maintenance across SAP environments.

Enforce security protocols and compliance standards.

Provide technical leadership, training, and knowledge transfer.

Troubleshoot connectivity, web services, and SAP-related issues.

Support disaster recovery, high availability configurations, and system refreshes.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, and service providers.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Web services?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Expertise in SAP Basis and HANA administration.

Proficiency in performance tuning and troubleshooting large-scale SAP systems.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.

Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Time-served experience of SAP Basis Administration (Including S/4 and HANA Administration)

Participation in multiple SAP implementations.

Knowledge of BTP and scripting languages.
