Job description
- Use and have overall responsibility for the electronic system's to produce operational, payroll & management data and reports on a regular basis and in line with SENAD Community and Group reporting timetables.
- Ensure that the system's are maintained and updated in order to ensure accurate staff rostering, payroll processing and invoicing, working with operational teams and managers as required.
- Ensure that Group teams are notified of all relevant changes including all new service users, or changes to existing packages of care on a regular and timely basis.
- Monitor and increase ECM (Electronic Call Monitoring) use and effectiveness.
- Ensure data, applications and reports are securely protected, GDPR compliant and all personal data is protected.
- Ensuring that both systems are regular cleansed and audited to ensure that the relevant access permissions are managed- including new starters and leavers.
- Ensure your own training is up-to-date and that of staff who use the system.
- Liaise across sites, travelling between locations as required.
- Liaise with HR, Payroll & Finance teams as necessary.
KEY TASKS:
- Be the Super-User of the electronic systems.
- Check visit/shift confirmations are complete and correct each week.
- Run and distribute system reports in the correct format as required, e.g. under-hours, non-chargeable, and distribute ahead of the payroll & invoicing deadlines.
- Assist in developing and write new reports.
- Support the team with complicated entries and queries.
- Be the main point of call with Customer Support, logging support queries, communicating system upgrades/downtime.
- Assign and manage user access and permissions based on role & responsibilities.
- Train new staff on the system, and assess training requirements.
- General system housekeeping, e.g. release weekly rotas, data cleansing.
- Keep up-to-date with Access updates and training webinars.
- Authorise employee devices assisting with first-time access queries.
- Ensure accurate and timely data input into the systems and that staff records are up-to-date.
- As with all SENAD staff, take joint responsibility for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, adhering to all safeguarding policies and reporting any concerns immediately.
- To work as part of the team across SENAD - promoting the policies, vision and ethos of the organisation, in particular in relation to Equality & Diversity and the Equal Opportunities Policies and Procedures.
- Undertaking any other task reasonably expected of a Data Analyst & Controller. It is expected that this job description will evolve and be updated over time.

Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in System administration?, We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible individual with excellent communication, who share our passion for making a positive impact on people's lives with strong system administration skills.
It is crucial that the person in this role understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality, has excellent attention to detail and accuracy., * administration: 1 year (preferred)
