The Team You will join our Integrated Product Support (IPS) Team, part of Nuclear Engineering & E3S Analysis. The team's mission is to ensure that reliability, maintainability, supportability and plant availability are embedded throughout the SMR design lifecycle. They shape how the power station will be operated, maintained and supported, ensuring it remains safe, efficient and cost-effective across its full lifetime. Your work will directly influence design decisions, outage strategies, maintenance planning, and the development of the wider support solution. Role Summary - Senior Integrated Product Support Engineer This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of clean-energy infrastructure. Your expertise in supportability, maintenance strategy and availability modelling will play a critical part in ensuring our plant meets demanding performance and operability targets.   • Developing and providing reliability, maintainability and availability inputs to design teams, including design assessments, modelling activities and stakeholder reviews.
  • Leading or supporting maintenance strategy development, including conducting FMEA and RCM studies, and rationalising maintenance tasks into an effective, auditable schedule.
  • Maintaining and validating Outage Schedule Models, ensuring they reflect evolving designs and meet target outage durations.
  • Contributing to the development of the Support Solution, including spares, training, documentation, resourcing and maintenance task planning.
  • Managing your own technical work scope, including planning, risk management and delivery of high-quality engineering outputs.

By ensuring availability targets are realistic, traceable and evidence-based, you will help secure long-term performance, operational efficiency and regulatory confidence. Requirements

Do you have experience in Logistics?, * Technical experience in Integrated Product Support, Integrated Logistics Support, Supportability, Reliability Engineering, Nuclear Operations or Outage Planning.

  • Demonstrable experience applying FMEA, RCM, availability modelling, fault trees or RBDs.
  • Experience working with complex engineering design teams and contributing to design reviews.
  • Strong ability to produce structured, high-quality technical documentation for decision-making and assurance., Obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
  • Satisfactory completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Satisfactory completion of a basic financial probity check

We offer hybrid and flexible working, with offices in Derby, Warrington and Manchester. Pay and Benefits We anticipate paying a salary of between £60,000-£78,750 plus:-

  • Bonus - Performance related bonus of up to 12.5%
