Remote Support Operator - Robotics

Successful applicants will be responsible for supporting our night time commercial operations.

• Night start time for supporting the US operations

• Approximately 6-hour shifts (may vary)

Responsibilities

If successful, you will be the first point of contact for robot operators in the field and your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring robot operations to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting real-time issues
• Efficiently resolving issues or escalating unresolved problems
• Reporting the status of the operation in a database
• Logging issues and maintaining accurate status reports
• Complying with the company's Health and Safety requirements

Do you have experience in Ubuntu?, * Proactive monitoring of the robot fleet and efficient resolution of any issues occurred.

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with Linux OS (Ubuntu preferred)
• Ability to work alone independently and as part of a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work from our office in Lincoln town center (flexible working arrangements possible)
• Availability to work evenings and night shifts and on weekdays

In addition to the above it would be beneficial for candidates to have some of the following (although not essential):

• Experience working in agricultural environments
• Previous experience in 1st level support
