Job description
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Developer to join our innovative Digital Operations team. This is a pivotal role in shaping how our business operates, ensuring our systems remain efficient, scalable, and future-ready.
Our entire organisation runs on SharePoint Online, with departments relying on digital workflows. From company-wide automations for kit requests, incident reporting, and timesheets to advanced Power Apps for audits and field operations, you'll be at the heart of maintaining and evolving these solutions.
What you'll do
- SharePoint Administration & Development
- Manage and optimise SharePoint sites, permissions, and document libraries across all departments.
- Standardise structures and ensure best practices for security and usability.
- Power Platform Development
- Build and maintain Power Apps helping the company move from paper based working to digital working.
- Develop and update Power Automate flows for company-wide processes.
- Data & Reporting
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for interpreting and publishing reports.
- Integrate data from SharePoint and other sources into structured, actionable insights.
Requirements
Do you have experience in IT support?, * Strong experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI.
- Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Query, and DAX.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex workflows and integrations.
- Ability to break down complex problems into logical, solvable steps and deliver practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
