The role: what you'll actually do
This is a "get stuck in" product role. You'll support discovery, delivery and reporting across software projects, keeping teams aligned and outcomes moving.
You will:
- Work with the VP of Product & Innovation to drive product initiatives from idea * delivery
- Help gather and shape requirements (users, stakeholders, ops, tech)
- Write and manage user stories, acceptance criteria and priorities (Agile mindset)
- Support sprint rituals, release planning and stakeholder updates
- Track progress, performance and outcomes using dashboards, reporting and KPIs
- Test new features, capture feedback, log issues and help coordinate fixes
- Keep documentation clean, current and useful (not pointless paperwork)
- Spot opportunities, propose improvements, and own small projects end-to-end, * Exposure to Agile, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, Asana (any is fine)
- Basic data/reporting comfort (Excel/Sheets, SQL basics, Power BI, GA, etc.)
- Curiosity around UX, APIs, automation, QA/testing, or product analytics

- At least 12 months "real world" work experience (placement year, internship, part-time in a professional setting, or graduate role)
- Genuine interest in software, product, digital or tech-led businesses
- Proven initiative: you don't wait to be told - you spot, suggest, and deliver
- Strong communication skills (you can talk to tech and non-tech people)
- Organised, agile, adaptable - comfortable when priorities shift

The package:
- Hybrid: 3-4 days per week in Harrow (must be commutable)
- Full-time, permanent

- Starting Salary: £30,000
