We are continually seeking talented and multiskilled individuals to join our expanding team. Ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and assisting in the continued growth of the business., This is a hybrid role once the first month of onboarding has been completed. Our office is in Manchester City Centre. Standard working hours are from 8:30am-17:00pm but this can be flexible.
The role of IT Support Engineer will see you work closely with the support team & technical lead. Ensuring the support function of the business continues to excel as we grow.
Role Accountabilities:
· Deliver IT & technical support to clients over the phone, email & live chat
· Take accountability and ownership in servicing customers in line with SLA agreements
· Ensure internal KPIs are met. Measuring speed & efficiency
· Manage user onboarding & offboarding requests for clients
· Maintain & manage client MS365, Azure & network infrastructure
· Complete maintenance across client network, workstation, cloud & cyber stacks
· Provide a professional and world class customer experience to new and existing customers
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, · At least 1 years' experience working in a similar role for an MSP / IT Service Provider
· Ability to get things done without being micro managed
· Technically excellent in MS365, Azure & general IT infrastructure
· Experience with internal MSP tools & systems
· Networking knowledge ideal but not essential, * MSP / IT Service Provider: 2 years (required)
