Senior Agile Transformation Lead (Azure/DevOps)

Are you the visionary leader we need? We seek a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead complex transformation projects utilizing Agile methodologies (SAFe), DevOps, and Azure. If you have a proven track record of managing large-scale digital transformations and successfully guiding cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you. With strong performance, there is the possibility of advancing into a Principal Consultant role, offering exciting career growth opportunities., * Have a higher education degree (Bachelor's/Master's).

• Are Fluent in English and Dutch (Dutch should be spoken and written, C1 minimum level).
• Are a Hands-On person. You are used to defining strategies, plans, and approaches and you are able to put it on paper and bring it to life with a team.
• Have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager/consultant in client-facing assignments.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in (IT) project or change management or transformation, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects.
• Have proven experience in the Financial Services industry (Retail, Leasing Insurance, Banking, etc.) OR Government industry (several ministries).
• Have Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps) knowledge and/or certifications.
• PSM I or Prince 2 or PMP or similar project management certifications.
• Preferably Lean Sigma Black Belt.
• Have strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and teams at all levels.
• Have In-depth knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and mindset.
• Have strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Have a passion for continuous learning.
