Job description
As a Low Code Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, building and maintaining applications using low code platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Airtable, Glide, Bubble or similar
- Translating business requirements into functional workflows, dashboards and automations
- Improving and automating internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
- Integrating systems using APIs, webhooks and third party tools
- Troubleshooting issues and continuously optimising existing solutions
- Working closely with non technical stakeholders to understand needs and provide clear solutions
- Documenting builds, workflows and system logic to ensure scalability and handover

Do you have experience in Scalability?, We are working with a forward thinking and growing business that is looking to appoint a skilled Low Code Developer to support the design, build and optimisation of internal systems and digital solutions.
This role would suit someone who enjoys problem solving, streamlining processes and working closely with stakeholders to turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions., We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience working with one or more low code or no code platforms
- Strong logical thinking and problem solving ability
- A clear understanding of data structures, workflows and system integrations
- Experience building automations and business tools rather than purely front end websites
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders at different technical levels
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage your own workload
Desirable Experience
The following would be advantageous but not essential:
- Experience with CRM systems, internal operations tools or dashboards
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, SQL or APIs
- Experience working with startups, scale ups or fast paced businesses
- Exposure to operations, recruitment, finance or data driven environments
