My client is looking for a Finance Systems & Automation Manager to join a growing technology company and lead the development and optimization of its finance systems and workflows. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong understanding of ERP systems, accounting processes, and automation technologies.
In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and implementing finance systems, building integrations, and driving automation initiatives to streamline accounting and operational processes. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of finance, including general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
They will play a key role in enhancing efficiency and scalability across the finance function while collaborating closely with accounting and operations teams.
Your Responsibilities
Evaluate, select, and implement finance and accounting systems to support business operations.
Build and manage integrations between finance systems and other business applications.
Identify opportunities for automation in finance workflows, processes, and reporting.
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Support general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting processes from a systems perspective.
Drive projects that enhance the scalability and effectiveness of the finance function.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and finance, ensuring systems meet business requirements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, Strong experience with ERP systems and finance-related automation tools.
Solid understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting.
Experience with systems selection, integration, and implementation projects.
Technical knowledge, including APIs, workflow automation, and data management.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with finance, operations, and technical teams.
