AI, Data & Insights Consulting Lead

• As an AI, Data & Insights Consulting Lead, you will spearhead our client-facing data strategy, advanced analytics, and AI transformation initiatives.

• You will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to help clients unlock measurable value through data-driven decision-making and intelligent automation.

• You will define and evolve our AI and data consulting strategy, shape our offering, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

• You will lead discovery, assessment, and roadmap engagements to identify opportunities for AI-powered value creation.

• You will oversee end-to-end delivery of analytics and AI solutions - from predictive models to optimization tools, data platforms, dashboards, and GenAI applications - ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

• You will communicate complex concepts in a clear, business-oriented way, including at executive level.

• You will support business development by partnering with commercial teams on proposals and pre-sales conversations, cultivating strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities within existing or new accounts.

• You will champion responsible AI by embedding governance, transparency, and risk management in all solutions and ensuring data privacy, security and regulatory compliance., * You'll join an international, hands-on, fast-moving team that values ownership, curiosity, and collaboration.

Do you have experience in Manufacturing?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You have 8+ years of experience in data & analytics consulting, AI solution delivery, or similar leadership roles.

• You bring strong knowledge of data strategy, data architecture, predictive analytics, machine learning, and/or GenAI.
• You have a proven track record of leading client engagements and managing cross-functional teams.
• You translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations and communicate them clearly.
• You excel in stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and the modern data stack are a strong plus.
• You are familiar with MLOps or LLMOps.
• Industry experience in supply chain, manufacturing, life sciences, consumer goods, or similar domains.
