  • You take responsibility for defined applications or sub-areas and actively participate in the entire product life cycle in the Justice and Security Department for the offices (military, civil protection, correctional services, migration, state archive, commercial register, road traffic, public prosecutor's office).
  • You ensure customer-centered, needs-based, and sustainable IT services, thereby providing direct added value for the population of Lucerne as well as the department's employees.
  • Together with the team, you contribute to a resilient and disruption-free IT operation and support the analysis and resolution of disruptions.
  • You work on the continuous development of the application landscape, propose improvements, and contribute to the optimization of processes and workflows.
  • You participate in projects and initiatives and take on professional tasks in close collaboration with internal and external partners as well as suppliers.
  • You maintain professional exchange within the team and with adjacent areas (e.g., corporate IT, product managers, application management teams) and actively contribute your knowledge.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or related field and relevant experience required.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer focus.
  • Proactive and self-organized with ownership mindset., * You have completed training in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field (FA, HF, FH, or university).
  • You bring relevant professional experience in the IT field, especially in application management.
  • In your previous job or further education, you have already dealt with agile methods such as Kanban, Scrum, or SAFe, and you are characterized by a strong affinity for agility.
  • Your communication skills are marked by a strong customer focus, and you enjoy working in a well-coordinated, appreciative team.
  • A high service orientation is a matter of course for you.
  • You work self-organized and proactively - your thinking and actions are shaped by an ownership mindset.
