Job description
We are building a cloud-native MES as a SaaS product on Google Cloud. To scale our platform, we're looking for a Fullstack Developer with a clear frontend focus. As part of a cross-functional Scrum team, you'll take ownership of high-quality UIs while contributing to the backend to deliver seamless end-to-end features
- Take ownership of end-to-end feature development together with the Scrum team - from conception to deployment
- Design, implement, and maintain our frontend application using Angular (v20)
- Drive frontend-heavy features while still contributing to backend implementation where needed to deliver complete solutions with the team
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Design solutions with scalability, security, and operational aspects in mind
- Work with containerized applications orchestrated by Kubernetes
- Mentor other developers and strengthen engineering practices in the team
Requirements
- Several years of experience in software development
- Strong expertise in frontend development with Angular (v16+), npm, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture principles
- Basic knowledge of Java and backend development principles
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as Pair Programming, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration
- Confident English-speaking skills (min. B2)
The tech stack of our team includes Angular (v16+), npm, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3, Java, Quarkus, Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), GitlabCI, ArgoCD and Camunda (BPMN, DMN).
