Job description
- In this role, you'll support Customer Success Managers and Client Marketing Managers with daily activities, meeting preparation, research, documentation, and presentation creation
- You'll help organize and deliver customer events (e.g., Client Roundtables, User Groups) and manage CRM data to ensure accuracy
- You'll assist in post-event and post-campaign follow-up, including lead generation and customer communication
- You'll collaborate with the Client Marketing team on customer-facing materials and contribute to cross-functional process-improvement projects

Requirements
Do you have experience in ERP systems?, We're looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Currently enrolled as a student (e.g., Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field)
- Strong interest in SaaS solutions, Cloud Software and technology trends like AI
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with customers
- Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven work
- Proactive, reliable, and well-organized working style
- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- At least one year cooperation
- Office location: Eschborn/Germany - minimum of 2 office days/week required
- Location: max. 70 km from Eschborn, Proactive, curious people who enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicators who value teamwork and continuous learning
- Individuals motivated by helping customers succeed and making an impact, Hands-on experience in Customer Success, account management, and SaaS operations
- Development of CRM, data-analysis, communication, and project skills
