Job description
As a UI/UX Product Designer at NeuroNation, you will take ownership of our flagship Brain-Training app, crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences for millions worldwide. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll blend creativity, research, and data-driven insights to design features that boost growth, engagement, and long-term user value., * Improve and maintain our mobile Brain-Training application to drive user growth, retention, and revenue
- Conceptualize, validate and implement new product features
- Identify trends and market-specific needs to ensure we offer the highest value to our users
- Define and uphold our UI & visual standards
- Run deep analysis on user's behavior, identify patterns and provide solutions
- Live with a Growth mindset - you constantly look for learning opportunities for yourself and the team
- Actively ensure the quality of your product
- Work closely with the Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Care and CRM Departments
- Become the expert of your product
- Be part of the Growth and Product Teams
Requirements
Do you have experience in Visual design?, * At least 5 years of Mobile App Design experience in a product team delivering digital consumer-facing products (E-commerce, Games, or ideally Education/Health)
- Personal interest in self-improvement
- Experience designing (partially or fully) B2C mobile applications available on the Play or App Stores
- Located in Germany, preferably Berlin, and able to come to the office once a month (sponsored)
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Excellent eye for visual design and details
- Experience conducting or supporting UX research to develop or improve digital products
- Academic background in Design, Business Administration, Neuroscience, Psychology, or a related field
- Lifelong learner, regularly engaging with science, health, and productivity content
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to analyze user flows, engagement, retention, and relevant data
- Team-player mindset, eager to support colleagues
- Motivation to be part of a start-up that positively impacts people's lives
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Familiarity with Google Material Design 3 and Apple Liquid Glass design guidelines
- Knowledge of Lean Startup, Design Sprints, and Growth Hacking
- Basic knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Italian
