Job description

  • Requirement gathering from clients, managing workshops and interpreting business processes into Salesforce concepts.

  • Create user stories and solution designs in close collaboration with technical colleagues.

  • Salesforce configuration and supporting testing, training and rollouts.

Requirements

  • Several years experience in projects as a consultant or business analyst.

  • Familiar with no-code configuration and understanding of data models and integrations.

  • Salesforce Certifications or a desire to obtain them and further personal development.

  • Business fluent German and English.
