Cybersecurity Engineer (Automotive) - The Future of Secure Mobility

• Security Architecture Design: Define security goals and perform Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), supported by automation and patented AI-based predictive analysis tools.
• Requirement Engineering: Specify HW/SW security requirements for modern ECU/HPC units, ensuring security is baked into the design from the very first line of code.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Implement and verify security features, actively using AI tools (LLMs, Copilots) to optimize processes and vulnerability analysis.
• Technical Partnership: Lead technical discussions with customers and suppliers-acting as the technical voice of reason in international projects.
• Process Evolution: Contribute to shaping Security-by-Design processes within the organization, staying ahead of market trends.

• An Open Mind: Your proactivity and "can-do" attitude toward solving complex problems are more important to us than memorizing documentation.
• Solid Foundations: A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a core understanding of cryptography and authorization.
• Tech-Savvy Mindset: Basic knowledge of C/C++ or Python. You don't need to be a "coding ninja", it's more important that you can read code and effectively use AI assistants to analyze or generate it.
• Standards Awareness: Familiarity with ISO/SAE 21434 or similar (e.g., ISO 27001) is a plus, but we are happy to teach you the automotive specifics.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English. German is a nice bonus, but not a deal-breaker.
• AI-Augmented Engineering: We value your ability to treat AI as a "second brain". You use it not just for automation, but as a strategic partner to solve complex architectural puzzles, validate security logic, and make data-driven decisions in the SDV ecosystem.
• Modern Certification: Instead of just traditional CISSP, we appreciate certifications focused on Cloud Security, Automotive Security, or practical skills (e.g., eJPT, AWS/Azure security certs).
