University degree in relevant field Experience in product development projects Knowledge of Agile methodologies Fluent English and German (business level) High proactivity, self-dependence and flexibility Stress resistance, quick comprehension and focus on defined goals Ability to multi-task, well organized and structured way of working SCRUM.org certification and SAFe certification are beneficial Coaching skills are beneficial
