Job description

Would you like to get started in IT consulting, but haven't worked with Lasernet or Microsoft Dynamics 365 before? Then you've come to the right place. In this role, you will enter the field of output management as a career changer and be introduced step by step to working with Formpipe Lasernet in the Dynamics environment. Together with experienced colleagues, you will work on customer projects from the very beginning - initially in a supporting role, later with increasing responsibility. You will learn how documents, reports, and documents are designed, implemented, and optimized in ERP systems, and in the process you will develop specifically for the role of consultant in the field of document automation. We will build up your technical and specialist knowledge together - previous experience with Lasernet is not a prerequisite. If you enjoy processes, consulting, and working with customers and would like a structured introduction to a specialized ERP topic, this role offers you the right framework for your next career step.

  • Collaboration on customer projects: You will work on customer projects related to document and output management processes in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and Dynamics AX environments.
  • Analysis and implementation of requirements: Together with experienced colleagues, you will analyze functional and technical requirements for documents and reports and assist in their implementation.
  • Getting started with Lasernet & consulting: You will learn how to work with Formpipe Lasernet step by step and develop your skills to become a consultant for output management solutions.
  • Contributing & expanding your expertise: You will actively contribute your knowledge of ERP, development, or IT to project work and continuously expand it.
  • Support in the project and customer context: You will assist with workshops, tests, and coordination with our customers and gain practical experience of everyday consulting work.

Requirements

Do you have experience in ERP systems?, * Relevant professional experience in IT or ERP: You have professional experience in an IT-related or ERP-related environment, e.g., as a key user, ERP consultant, developer, or in a comparable role.

  • Experience with ERP-related topics and contexts: You have practical experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • ERP processes and their technical mapping
  • ERP data models
  • Programming or technical implementation in an ERP context
  • or solutions for creating receipts and documents
  • Interest in consulting & digital processes: You enjoy working with customers and are interested in ERP-related processes or IT-supported consulting.
  • Team spirit and collegial attitude: You enjoy working in a team and appreciate a supportive, appreciative environment.
  • Structured approach to work & understanding of processes: You take a structured approach to tasks, think in a process-oriented manner when dealing with systems, and seek pragmatic solutions.
  • Language skills: You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
  • Willingness to learn & motivation to develop: You are open to new topics, actively contribute, are willing to travel (approx. 4 days/month, during training this may increase to approx. 8 days/month) and continuously develop both professionally and personally.
