Looking for a role where you take the lead in IT risk management and audit processes? We're searching for an experienced IT Risk Specialist to drive security governance, manage audits, and optimise IT risk controls in a global financial environment. As a Senior IT Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and improving the organization's IT risk posture, ensuring compliance with the NIST & COBIT frameworks, and acting as the lead expert for internal & external audits. You will provide hands-on guidance and coordination in risk assessments, audit processes, and IT security governance, ensuring the organization meets industry standards. Your responsibilities:
- Managing, monitoring, and reporting on IT risk control frameworks (NIST & COBIT)
- Leading and coordinating internal & external IT audits, including evidence collection and issue resolution
- Driving security assessments, analyzing risks, and advising on mitigation strategies
- Providing 1st Line of Defense IT Risk guidance across the IT landscape
- Collaborating with IT teams worldwide on security initiatives and compliance
Requirements

7 - 10 years of experience in IT risk management, IT audit, or compliance

Minimum 3 years of IT audit experience (internal & external)

Experience working in financial services or a regulated environment

Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CGEIT Soft skills:
