Information Security Assurance Manager (Contract)

About the organisation This organisation operates at the forefront of secure technology and assurance, supporting mission-critical systems in highly regulated environments. Their teams partner closely with engineers and stakeholders to manage information risk and enable confident decision making. Due to ongoing programme demands, they are seeking an experienced Information Security Assurance Manager on a contract basis.

The role As an Information Security Assurance Manager, you will provide impartial information assurance and risk management advice to technical teams and risk owners. You will assess complex and non-standard systems, producing clear and defensible assurance documentation that supports effective security decisions at pace.

You will act as a key security and IRM point of contact, engaging regularly with stakeholders and contributing across the full lifecycle of systems and services.

Strong experience in an Information Assurance or Information Risk Management role

Proven ability to assess and articulate security risk for complex systems

Confident written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in secure or highly regulated environments

CISM, CISSP, or equivalent experience

Clearance Current UK Developed Vetting clearance is required.
