Job description

The product focuses on clarity, control, and consistency in handling property maintenance and tenant communication, reducing noise and repetitive work without removing human oversight., We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to take ownership of both website and product experience for a growing property technology platform., Website & marketing experience

  • Redesign and refine the public website to clearly communicate:

  • What the product does

  • Who it's for (self-managing landlords)

  • How it works in a safe, controlled way

  • Improve information hierarchy, messaging clarity, and visual structure

  • Ensure the site feels professional, calm, and credible not sales driven or over automated

  • Work collaboratively on layout and content, not just visual styling

Product UX/UI

  • Design and evolve user flows for:

  • Maintenance requests

  • Reviews, approvals, and escalation

  • Visibility, history, and audit trails

  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

  • Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system

  • Balance automation with clear user oversight in interface design

  • Advocate for usability, predictability, and clarity across the product

Collaboration & delivery

  • Work closely with engineers to design practical, buildable solutions

  • Help translate complex logic into intuitive user experiences

  • Contribute to product discussions and decisions

  • Iterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedback

What we're looking for

Essential

Requirements

Do you have experience in UX?, * Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer on digital products (web-first)

  • A portfolio demonstrating:

  • Strong UX thinking

  • Clear problem-solving

  • Calm, usable interfaces

  • Solid understanding of:

  • Information architecture

  • User flows

  • Interaction design

  • Ability to explain and justify design decisions clearly

  • Comfortable working in an evolving product environment

Desirable

  • Experience with SaaS or workflow-based products

  • Background in property, fintech, or compliance-sensitive domains

  • Experience working directly with engineers

  • Sensitivity to language and content hierarchy

  • Familiarity with UK users and expectations, * A portfolio or selected work

  • A brief overview of relevant experience

  • Any examples of system driven or workflow heavy design work
