IT Support Engineer

As our business continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer with proven expertise in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and server implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our customer's IT infrastructure while driving innovation across our operations.

What Will You Be Doing?

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues
• Ensure appropriate security controls and best-practice configurations are in place

Server Implementation and Maintenance

• Deploy, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers
• Carry out regular updates, patching, monitoring, and backups
• Implement and maintain server security measures including antivirus and firewall solutions

Network and Infrastructure Support

• Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and connectivity
• Diagnose and resolve issues relating to LAN, WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, including configurations and network diagrams

On-Site Client Support

• Provide hands-on IT support at customer sites, including fault diagnosis, installations, and upgrades
• Act as a trusted technical presence for clients during on-site visits
• Support hardware rollouts such as PCs, laptops, networking equipment, and peripherals

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in IT?, * Proactive, organised, and confident working independently

• A strong problem solver with a practical, hands-on approach
• A team player with excellent communication and customer-facing skills

What Do We Expect?

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar IT support or infrastructure role
• Willingness to travel to and work on client sites as required
• A proactive attitude to learning new technologies and improving ways of working
• Full UK driving licence
