Job description
- Maintain the day-to-day operations of Huma's IT systems, providing reliable support to all users whilst adhering to internal SLAs
- Manage and maintain Huma's identity and access management suite, including user accounts, permissions and access across platforms and services
- Ensure the stability, security and ongoing maintenance of Huma's IT whilst adhering to regulatory requirements
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment, from procurement and deployment to maintenance and decommissioning
- Support the setup, configuration and ongoing maintenance of user hardware and software, OBJECTIVES & KEY RESULTS ('OKR's) for first 5-6 months
- Independently run the day to day IT operations
- Efficiently maintain Huma's suite of tools
- Adherence to Huma's internal IT SLAs
- Ensure continual adherence to Huma's regulatory & security requirements
- Successful completion of CompTIA A+ Core 2 certification

Requirements
- Some hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
- Familiarity with Identity Management platforms and concepts
- Experience supporting and administering common collaboration tools and software
- A basic understanding of network principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
It's great, but not required, if you have
- Knowledge of Cyber Essentials / ISO27001
- Knowledge of ISO13485 / EU MDR / FDA 21 CFR / GDPR / HIPAA
