Job description

  • Master Data Project Management: You manage and coordinate Master Data projects, ensuring on-time delivery in line with quality and compliance requirements.
  • LIMS Master Data Maintenance: You create and maintain inspection plans in SHAPE LIMS for finished products and incoming materials, including required documentation and approvals.
  • Data Quality & GxP Compliance: You ensure accurate, complete, and GMP/GxP-compliant master data in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: You act as the main contact for stakeholders to enable timely and correct master data setup for new or changed products.
  • Documentation & QMS: You maintain master data-related documentation within the Quality Management System.
  • Audit & Inspection Support: You support internal and external audits and ensure inspection readiness of master data.
  • Process Improvement: You contribute to continuous improvement of Master Data and Quality System processes.

Requirements

Do you have a Master's degree?, * Pharma & Quality Experience: You have experience in QC, QA, Production, or Master Data Management in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

  • GxP Knowledge: You bring solid understanding of GMP, GxP, and quality documentation requirements.
  • Project Skills: You have experience in project coordination or project management.
  • LIMS Expertise: You are familiar with LIMS systems, ideally SHAPE LIMS.
  • Digital & Analytical Mindset: You work confidently with digital systems and demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Communication & Ownership: You communicate effectively across functions and work proactively with high attention to detail.

The gross annual salary is at least EUR 73.000 but of course we offer overpayment in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
