Job description

Shape what's next for mission-critical government projects while shaping what's next for your engineering career., As a Software Developer, you'll be a key member of our collaborative development team. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs and build the best solutions to meet them. You will collaborate with business analysts to gather, refine, and validate requirements, ensuring we deliver solutions that meet business needs.
This role encompasses the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and maintenance of our solutions. You will work in an Agile environment, adhering to established best practices to deliver high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly applications. This includes delivering software iteratively and collaboratively, focusing on writing clean, reusable code.
- Design and develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React to meet business requirements.
- Build and integrate solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to streamline workflows and data visualization.
- Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain APIs and services using .NET Core and C# to support SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
- Utilize tools like NPM, Heft, Gulp, and Webpack for efficient build processes and deployment pipelines.
- Implement modern UI/UX designs using SASS and CSS frameworks.
- Work with SharePoint REST APIs to fetch and manipulate data for custom solutions.
- Collaborate with the team using Git for source code management and version control.
- Debug and resolve issues in existing solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, processes, and best practices.

Education: BA/BS Degree

Required Experience: 5 years' experience.

Security Clearance Level: Secret Level Security Clearance.

Required Skills: Proficient in React and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). Strong knowledge of Bootstrap, SASS, and NPM. Experience with .NET Core and C#. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript. Familiarity with SharePoint REST API for data integration. Hands-on experience with Git Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Certifications: DoD 8140 Level II Certification; Ability to pass TESA requirement.

Desired Skills: Experience building solutions using the Office 365 platform; Experience working collaboratively within an Agile development team. Experience building custom business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Experience with Palantir applications such as Vantage or Maven. Experience with PnPJs for communicating with Microsoft REST APIs. Ability to integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Requirements
Years of Experience, The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
