Job description

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and evolving the core member platform used by a large and engaged community. You will work across frontend and backend, contribute to architectural decisions, and help maintain high engineering standards within the team., * Develop and maintain new modules and services across frontend and backend

  • Design scalable and high performance system architectures
  • Translate requirements into technical concepts and implementations
  • Define and maintain coding standards, QA practices, and test strategies
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines including build, test, and deployment
  • Perform code reviews and ensure clean code practices
  • Support and mentor junior developers
  • Collaborate closely with product, project management, and marketing teams
  • Contribute to continuous technical improvement and innovation, You will join a small and focused team consisting of developers, a process manager, and a project manager, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. Daily collaboration with product and marketing is part of the role.

Requirements

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * 6+ years of experience in full stack web development

  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
  • Backend experience with Node.js or Bun
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Fluent German at C1 level and good English skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with WordPress and PHP
  • Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar DevOps tools
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross browser compatibility
  • Interest in personal finance and investing

Salary and Conditions

  • Salary range: €75,000 to €100,000 gross per year
  • Optional profit participation as an additional benefit
  • 40 hours per week, 80% part time possible
  • 6 months probation period
