Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

• Build and ship high-quality frontend code that is readable, maintainable, and production-ready, taking features from idea to release.

• Use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully (e.g. for prototyping, refactoring, testing, documentation, or exploration) to increase delivery speed without compromising code quality.

• Work on Growth experiments and iterations, supporting fast feedback loops, A/B tests, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with Backend, Product, and Design, ensuring clean interfaces, good UX, and shared ownership of outcomes.

• Keep the codebase healthy, improving existing areas, paying down technical debt, and raising quality where it matters most.

• Support the team through reviews and knowledge sharing, leading by example and helping others improve their craft.

• Owns day-to-day technical decisions for frontend implementation within Growth initiatives

• Chooses practical solutions and trade-offs that balance code quality, delivery speed, and business impact

• Decides how and when to use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity while maintaining high engineering standards

• Actively identifies problems, risks, and improvement opportunities, and proposes solutions proactively

• Influences frontend best practices, patterns, and ways of working through hands-on contribution and collaboration

• Escalates larger architectural or cross-team decisions when needed, while remaining accountable for execution

Do you have experience in UX?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, o Strong hands-on experience writing and maintaining frontend code used by real users. o A clear understanding of what "good code" looks like in a fast-growing product (readability, testability, pragmatism) o Experience using AI or automation tools to boost personal productivity while maintaining engineering standards. o Comfort working in fast-paced environments where learning, iteration, and adaptability matter. o Good understanding of frontend performance, UX, and accessibility basics. o Strong experience with React. o Very solid TypeScript skills. o Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code. o Experience with component-based architectures and shared design systems. o Familiarity with frontend testing and code quality practices. o Comfort using modern developer tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to work more efficiently. o Backend experience on PHP be taken into account (Big plus).
