you are client-facing, responsible for translating the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. You will act as an advocate for the client; you are the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. You design activities and building system prototypes.

Working as part of the ERP team you'll collect information, analyze requirements and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.

What you'll do:

• Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements

• Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to make sure the system works the way your client needs it to

• Run workshops with your clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping.

• Lead the design of functional components related to ERP and business processes during the presales as experts on capabilities and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Design, build, and demonstrate scenario flows with Microsoft Dynamics 365 aligned to the client's business team key requirements

• Provide input to estimating the functional workstream for the project

• Advise the delivery team during the functional solution design

• Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions.

• You will be responsible for creating differentiated propositions while solving business impacting client problems related to managed services solutions, and leveraging Microsoft Solutions and partnering across the Avanade, Microsoft, and Accenture landscape to successful business outcomes.

• You will effectively partner directly with our Accenture and Microsoft parent companies to achieve possible business outcomes.

• Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients' businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements.

• Documents settings and prepare your clients to use the system.

Do you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * You have a passion for learning teamed with good business sense and time management

• You know how to manage your clients' expectations effectively

• You've likely achieved a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

• At least five full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX

• Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore

• Hands-on functional experience with various modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Experience with Production a plus, but not required.

• Established career industry-focused experience with business applications

• Acting as a conduit between technology and the business outcome delivered

• Developing high-value products and services that match enterprise client goals

• Collaborating with peers in a large, matrixed organization, including significant experience with offshore teams and delivery

• Knowledge of opportunities and risks associated with large-scale, complex projects for your enterprise clients
