Job description

We have an exciting opening for a proactive Graduate Software Engineer to join a growing development team, delivering high-performance software solutions for engineering and simulation projects, once your degree has finished in May/June 2026.

This position focuses on modern C++ development, software design, and engineering best practices. You'll participate in all stages of the software lifecycle, from initial design and coding to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

You'll apply your knowledge of OOP and software architecture to support both technical colleagues and non-technical stakeholders. There's also the chance to contribute to innovative 3D engineering and simulation projects.

Requirements

  • Relevant University Degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths, or similar), 2:1 or above
  • Graduating in May/June 2026
  • C++ (C++11 or newer)
  • Strong understanding of OOP principles
  • Agile experience, using tools such as Visual Studio, Git, Jira
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable

  • Strong Maths / Physics background
  • React and JavaScript
