Job description

The Internal Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and improving all core Business IT systems at Zenzero which are used to support business operations and manage our customers environments. You will maintain, secure, improve and transform Business IT systems and processes in Zenzero to ensure its smooth operations alongside supporting core IT Platforms and providing Internal IT Support to colleagues., Customer Focus: Anticipate and address the needs of colleagues, ensuring solutions align with their goals.

  • IT systems projects: Work on projects that will improve all Business IT systems within defines timeframes.
  • Systems Maintenance and operations: carry out routine maintenance of all core Business IT systems and assist the managed services teams with supporting, onboarding or offboarding customers.
  • Phone system management. Work with the UC team to manage, maintain and improve our phone and UC systems.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of joiners and levers on IT systems including coordination with all other departments involved in this process to ensure timely and accurate completion of the process.
  • Work with Internal GRC functions to assist with Compliance, risk and data protection.
  • Systems Integrations: Assist our Mergers and Acquisitions teams with migrations of Business IT systems into Zenzero systems.
  • Working on Internal technical support tickets including Service request and Incident response until problem resolution.
  • Decommissioning Legacy IT systems.
  • Maintaining documentation related to core Business IT systems and processes.

Requirements

Do you have experience in IaaS?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Education : Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computing or Equivalent qualification or 2 year†s experience in a similar job role. Knowledge of ITIL is a plus

Experience : 2 Year in a level 2 IT technical services role.

Certifications : Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) is preferred. Being Certified in ConnectWise PSA or Automate would be beneficial.

Skills : Knowledge of Core IT systems: Hardware, Operating Systems, End point management, Servers, Networks, unified comms, Storage, Cloud platforms (SaaS, IaaS), Security and monitoring systems. System Administration: Proficient in managing Microsoft Partner portal, GDAP, Lighthouse, ConnectWise systems, IT Glue and being able to grasp and manage a wide variety of business applications and technologies from a user management, permissions, security, deployment, Integrations and general troubleshooting angle.

Security and Compliance: understanding and practising security and compliance within the role in relation to all the works being carried with the aim of protecting Zenzero.

Continuous development and improvement: staying updated on industry trends related to the role and improving processes and systems.

Collaboration and Engagement: Work with internal departments to understand requirements and engage directly with colleagues to deliver solutions or fix IT problems.

Communication: Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly and effectively both written and verbally.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Proactive in identifying issues and developing practical solutions, with flexibility in adapting to changing business requirements at short notice.
