UI & UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-centred digital experiences across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with product development teams to design intuitive interfaces, conduct user research, and implement best practices in usability and visual design. The ideal applicant will possess a strong understanding of front-end development, data visualisation, and interaction design, contributing to the creation of seamless and aesthetically appealing digital products., * Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Conduct user research and analyse data to inform design decisions, ensuring optimal usability and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure accessibility across devices using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Create engaging data visualisations and interactive elements that enhance user engagement and comprehension.
• Apply design patterns and information architecture best practices to optimise user flow and interface consistency.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate designs against business requirements and user needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in UX/UI design, digital aesthetics, and emerging technologies like AWS, APIs, and Unity for immersive experiences.

Do you have experience in Zeplin?, * Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Balsamiq, Axure, Zeplin, and Visio.
• Solid understanding of front-end development languages including HTML5, CSS3 (Less/SCSS), JavaScript (React/Redux), and familiarity with frameworks like Angular or Bootstrap.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Omniture for insights-driven design improvements.
• Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), information architecture optimisation, and user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal is advantageous.
• Analytical skills to interpret user feedback and data for continuous enhancement of digital interfaces.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
