Mobile App Developer

We are seeking a passionate and skilled technologist to join our core team. You will play a pivotal role as the technical lead/key developer for our newly developed mobile social application. You will be deeply involved in building the product from the ground up-from technical architecture to core feature implementation-helping us transform our vision into a beloved product for millions of users., * Take charge (or lead) in the architectural design, technology selection, and core module development for our new mobile social app.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements, formulate technical solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Write efficient, stable, and maintainable code. Conduct code reviews to uphold the quality of the codebase.
• Continuously optimize app performance, user experience, and security, tackling key technical challenges during development.
• Stay updated with cutting-edge mobile development trends and explore their application to enhance our product's competitiveness.
• Assist in establishing technical development standards and processes, laying a foundation for future team growth.

Do you have experience in iOS development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

• 3+ years of native Android/iOS development experience, OR 5+ years of cross-platform framework experience (e.g., React Native, Flutter). (Please specify based on your tech stack)
• Prior experience developing social, instant messaging, or high-concurrency consumer-facing apps is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream mobile development language (e.g., Kotlin/Java, Swift/Objective-C, Dart, JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of mobile networking, data persistence, UI rendering, performance optimization, and integration of common third-party services.
• Strong system design skills with the ability to independently own the development of complex functional modules.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Passion for user experience and social products, with an innovative mindset.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) will be a significant advantage.
