Job description

As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the Thames team, supporting them in delivering efficient administrative services. Your day to day will include:

  • Managing trackers, logistical procurement, and order processing through Oracle/Causeway systems
  • Coordinating material deliveries and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely project support
  • Supporting staff onboarding, training requests and maintaining team training matrices
  • Providing administrative assistance with payroll information, time reporting and invoice processing

Requirements
