Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Serve as the subject-matter expert for Red Hat Enterprise Linux, ensuring robust, secure, and reliable platform operations.
Oversee and optimize VMware vSphere environments, including capacity planning, lifecycle management, and performance tuning.
Manage and support enterprise-grade storage platforms such as PureStorage, ensuring data availability, performance, and integrity.
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters across hybrid environments.
Work across both Azure cloud and on-premises infrastructure, enabling seamless integration and operational consistency.
Develop and maintain automation and orchestration workflows using PowerShell, Ansible, Git, and related DevOps tools.
Ensure strong network reliability through solid understanding of firewalls, switching, routing, TCP/IP, WAN, and LAN technologies.

Expert-level Red Hat Linux administration skills.
Expert-level VMware vSphere administration expertise.
Strong knowledge of enterprise storage solutions, preferably PureStorage.
Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
Working knowledge of hybrid environments (Azure + on-prem).
Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Experience with DevOps ecosystems including Ansible, Git, CI/CD practices.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals-firewalls, routing, switching, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN.
Proven experience leading or managing a technical engineering team.
Ability to think strategically, perform risk analysis, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for all audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across the organization.
Comfortable adapting to change and managing shifting priorities.
Experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code deployments.
Exposure to VMware Tanzu or Kubernetes platform services
