Job description
You will lead a team of senior and mid-level engineers while remaining hands-on across the full technology stack. The position combines technical leadership, architectural input, and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders., * Lead and mentor a team of fullstack engineers
- Contribute hands-on across Back End and Front End development
- Design and deliver scalable, secure Java-based services
- Collaborate with product, delivery, and non-technical stakeholders
- Promote engineering best practices including TDD and CI/CD
- Support DevOps processes and cloud-native deployment in AWS
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
Requirements
- Strong Java experience (Spring Boot)
- Experience with relational databases (Postgres or similar SQL databases)
- Docker and containerised application deployment
- Test-driven development (JUnit, Mockito or equivalent frameworks)
- CI/CD pipeline tooling (Jenkins or similar)
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical teams
