Test Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Test Engineer to join our Validation team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the test management of specific modules within our products., In this position you transform concrete test requests into robust test procedures and equipment, while also converting abstract test needs into actionable test plans. Your attention to detail will ensure the execution of the product design validation test plan, meeting all agreed milestones. Additionally, you translate mid to long-term plans into weekly tasks, addressing any roadblocks to maintain high efficiency. Collaboration with different disciplines will be key in resolving challenges as we aim for quality requirements set out in ISO 17025., Convert concrete test requests into test procedures and equipment.

• Translate abstract test needs into real-world test plans.

• Execute a portion of the extended product design validation test plan.

• Manage mid-long term planning and convert into weekly actionable tasks.

• Prepare, coordinate, perform data analysis, and report on development tests.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to remove roadblocks.

• Guide efforts towards meeting ISO 17025 quality standards.

We seek a Master's graduate in Automotive or Electro-Mechanical engineering with a keen interest in the automotive field or equivalent experience.

• Experience in automotive testing and facilities.

• Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage.

• Experience in technically leading a team. - Customer-focused, flexible, and persistent.

• Goal-oriented with a structured, planned approach.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills utilizing methodologies like 8D.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

• Knowledge of the suite CAN, and MATLAB is a plus.
