You'll take on exciting technical challenges and develop your expertise while creating solutions that drive progress across several industries., As a Silicon Photonics Test Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and planning work packages across various project stages in collaboration with the Project Manager. You will set up comprehensive silicon photonics test solutions and discuss prototype-to-production volume ramp plans with customers, ensuring thorough characterization and qualification., Definition and planning of work packages with the Project Manager.

Setting up and overseeing silicon photonics test solutions.

Engaging with customers about prototype-to-production plans, characterization, and qualification.

Processing test data & translating your findings into clear reports for the testing partners and clients.

We seek an experienced photonics engineer that likes to be at the forefront of innovation. Ideally you have the following qualities:

Master's degree in silicon photonics, optics or physics and min. 5 years experience in chip testing.

Experience in working with subcontractors and external testing houses.

Hands-on experience with chip testing in a lab environment, as well as data processing with Python and C.

Good communicator and coordinator.

Proficiency in English.
