Senior PHP Developer

Do you have experience in Vue.js?, They're looking for a Senior PHP Developer with a strong backend focus to help maintain, evolve, and scale core systems that power real commercial outcomes. You'll work primarily on backend services, APIs, data, and infrastructure, while collaborating closely with frontend and mobile developers.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving system performance, and building reliable, well-architected backend solutions in a collaborative, agile environment., * Strong commercial experience with PHP, including Laravel (v10/11)

• Solid experience with MySQL, including schema design, migrations, optimisation, and performance tuning
• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
• Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g. EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform)
• Strong understanding of software design patterns (e.g. Factory, Strategy, Decorator)
• Excellent grasp of SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Confident using Git-based version control and ticketing tools (e.g. Jira or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex backend issues
• A proactive mindset with a desire to continuously improve systems and technical practices

• Experience with unit testing (e.g. PHPUnit)
• Exposure to React Native or mobile-first backend integrations
