Job description

  • Designs wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups, adhering to usability best practices and accessibility standards

  • Leads the creation and use of journey and process maps to help prioritise and guide design direction

  • Facilitates user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts

  • Works with wider project team to establish value of UX design as a discipline

  • Analyse user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions

  • Advocate for best practices in UX and accessibility throughout the product development lifecycle

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, As a UX Designer, you will deliver intuitive product experiences based on user needs and design principles. You will be passionate about needs-based design and an advocate for design thinking and digital product design., * Proven experience designing for enterprise software or SaaS solutions

  • Understanding of information architecture, interaction design and visual design principles

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design, including research, interaction design, and visual design

  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present designs and rationale to stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies

  • Knowledge of Workday product architecture

  • Knowledge of IT General Controls

  • Ability to balance business objectives with user needs to deliver high-quality solutions.
