Requirements
A degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Business Informatics or related fields *
3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Expert or in a similar role *
Strong Data Science skills with solid applied and theoretical knowledge of statistics and machine learning; additional experience with AI is a plus *
Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools, efficient querying and coding (SQL, Python), and skills in data engineering and and MLOps (e.g. Git, Docker) *
Demonstrable knowledge and experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g. data lakehouses) *
English skills at a minimum level of C1 are required (German skills are beneficial) *
Structured communication skills enabling clear interpretation of data; strong interpersonal and organizational skills; an analytical, problem solving and customer service mindset to deliver an exceptional service; ability to explain complex systems and engage effectively with researchers, students and employees, A critical role focused on analyzing and interpreting data to deliver actionable insights, reports, and self-service tools that support strategy development and decision-making across the university *
