Job description
- Support project management with commercial and administrative tasks related to data center projects.
- Prepare, review, and manage contract documents, change orders, and invoices.
- Monitor budgets, cost controls, and schedules in close coordination with project leadership.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, suppliers, service providers, and clients.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for project meetings and management.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support reporting activities and maintain project management and ERP systems.
Requirements

You are technically skilled, have relevant experience in managing building and infrastructure projects, and bring with you:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification; project management certifications are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in project assistance or commercial support, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or data center environments.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ideally experienced with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a strong service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and organizational talent.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required by project needs.
