Job description
- Procuring and setting up IT workstations
- Handling support requests via phone and ticket system
- Supporting the logistics IT and the retail stores
- Creating documentations, FAQs and brief manuals
- User / permission management
- Support in improving user services
- Assistance with the supervision of trainees in the IT department
- Configuration and maintenance of telephones, mobile phones, tablets and the telephone system
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Degree as IT specialist or equivalent degree
- 2-3 years of practical experience in providing IT-support and user help desk
- Service-oriented and strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of the MS Office environment
- Fluent in German, good or fluent in English (every further language is warmly welcomed)
