Job description

  • Procuring and setting up IT workstations
  • Handling support requests via phone and ticket system
  • Supporting the logistics IT and the retail stores
  • Creating documentations, FAQs and brief manuals
  • User / permission management
  • Support in improving user services
  • Assistance with the supervision of trainees in the IT department
  • Configuration and maintenance of telephones, mobile phones, tablets and the telephone system

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Degree as IT specialist or equivalent degree

  • 2-3 years of practical experience in providing IT-support and user help desk
  • Service-oriented and strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office environment
  • Fluent in German, good or fluent in English (every further language is warmly welcomed)
