As a Webflow Developer / AI Specialist at Growmodo, your mission is to create high-performing, AI-enhanced Webflow websites that combine exceptional design with powerful functionality and automation. You'll leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to build visually stunning, responsive, and optimized websites that deliver measurable business results for our clients., * Design & Develop: Create custom, responsive Webflow sites with clean architecture, advanced interactions, and pixel-perfect execution.

• Harness AI: Implement AI-powered development tools to automate workflows, enhance design capabilities, and optimize site performance.
• Drive Client Success: Deliver exceptional web experiences by translating design concepts into fully-functional Webflow sites that exceed client expectations.
• Maximize Performance: Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO using Webflow's native capabilities and AI-enhanced tools.
• Ensure Technical Excellence: Implement best practices in site structure, CMS architecture, and AI-powered content management solutions.
• Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Work closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to integrate AI-driven solutions into Webflow projects.

• Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring junior developers, leading projects, and establishing Webflow development standards.
