Job description
This role will act as the primary technical contact for a suite of business-critical, largely SaaS-based applications supporting content scheduling, data, reporting and commercial operations. Based in London (hybrid, 3 days onsite), you'll play a key role in maintaining system stability and performance., * Provide 1st/2nd line application support, triaging and resolving incidents
- Investigate system integrations, APIs and data workflows
- Coordinate fixes, upgrades and testing with internal teams and vendors
- Configure user roles, permissions and application settings
- Support releases, patches, UAT and functional testing
- Monitor application health and performance using observability tools
- Produce documentation, user guides and training materials
Requirements
- 1-3+ years' experience in application or systems support
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical capability
- Experience with ticketing tools and SaaS platforms
- Understanding of integrations and data flows
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Media or broadcast systems exposure advantageous - It would be great if the candidate has experience supporting MediaGeniX Whats'On, Snowflake, Microsoft Power Tools and Qlik / media supply chains and tools like SDVI Rally
