2nd Line Engineer

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing company on the outskirts of Colchester. This is a permanent, full-time role offering the chance to support a wide range of systems and technologies within a well-established business., You'll be the first point of contact for IT support queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both office and manufacturing environments. This is a great opportunity for a junior IT professional building their career or an experienced engineer seeking a new challenge., * Provide 1st and 2nd line support across the business

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support Microsoft 365 and critical business applications
• Assist with ERP systems - Dynamics AX experience is a plus
• Contribute to IT projects and improvements
• Maintain accurate IT documentation

• Experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support role
• Strong Microsoft 365 and general IT skills
• Exposure to ERP systems, ideally Dynamics AX
• Manufacturing environment experience is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
